By using Kithul you agree to these terms.

The service

Kithul is a free classroom economy pilot based on the CBSL Financial Literacy Curriculum. Kithul is a virtual classroom currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Acceptable use

Use Kithul only for learning. Do not share your password, pretend to be someone else, try to access other accounts, post harmful or offensive content, or try to break or misuse the system.

Teacher responsibilities

Teachers create classes, share class codes only with their own students, award and deduct Kithul fairly, keep store rewards suitable for school, and make sure students have permission from a parent or guardian where needed.

Student conduct

Students should be respectful, do their own quizzes and use the class store honestly. Teachers may adjust balances if the rules are broken.

Safety and reporting

If you see something unsafe or inappropriate, use the Report link at the bottom of every page. We follow the Online Safety Act No. 9 of 2024 and act on reports promptly.

Changes and stopping use

We may update these terms; the new date will be shown at the top. You can stop using Kithul and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
